Terms of Use

Plain English. Last updated July 2026.

The short version: multiprovider.cloud is free and open-source. Use it, build on it, host your own. We're not charging you and we're not promising you a miracle. Be decent, don't break the law with it, and understand it comes as-is.

What you're agreeing to

By using this website and the multiprovider.cloud software, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it — no hard feelings.

The software is free and open-source

The code is provided under its open-source license (see the HPL Company GitHub). You may run it, modify it, and self-host it. The license text governs your rights to the code; these terms govern your use of this site and the hosted option.

The hosted option

We offer a free hosted instance running a small model. It's a courtesy, not a contract. We may change, pause, or discontinue the hosted option — we'll try to give notice, but we can't guarantee uptime. If you need guarantees, self-host: that's the whole design — your memory should not depend on us staying online.

As-is, no warranty

The software and this site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our honest best, but we can't promise it's error-free or fit for every purpose. To the extent the law allows, The HPL Company is not liable for damages arising from your use of the software or site. (This is the standard open-source posture — the same one under the software you already trust.)

Your responsibilities

Changes

We may update these terms as the project grows. We'll date the changes. Continued use means you accept the current version.
